The next step is to schedule an initial Comp Lesson!
The first lesson with me is complimentary- no cost for you! During this time, we will get to know one another better, discuss goals and questions, and essentially do a “sample lesson.”
You’ll walk away with a few things to practice, and a better feel for what lessons are like, if you choose to sign up!
I invite parents to sit in on at least the first part of the Comp Lesson. That way parents get an idea of how things go, and you can ask additional questions as well.

Lessons are located in Clifton Park at my private home studio. The house is located near the Shenendehowa High Schools.
I will send you the address when you sign up for a Comp Lesson.
Lessons are only a 4-minute drive to Market 32, and a short walk from the Clifton Commons. Some parents opt to go for a walk or do a quick grocery run during their student’s lesson!
Parking: When you arrive, park perpendicular to the house, as we often have people coming in and out. (We live in a multi-generational household!)

Yes! I know life can get busy, so the most important thing is early communication. I have plenty of options for rescheduling lessons, like:
Switching to a Zoom lesson
Scheduling a “Double” lesson (1-hr lesson) at a mutually discussed time. Doubles are a convenient way to make-up a lesson on a different week if/when a conflict arises in schedules
Rescheduling to a different time/lesson day for that week

Yes! Zoom is an excellent resource for us to use in the event of travel, schedule change, or sickness.
Some of my students have found that weekly Zoom lessons work the best for them and their schedules.
Whatever the case may be, I will walk you through the process if you are interested to try out a Zoom lesson together!

It happens! Let me know when you are running late. This is especially helping if it’s over a few minutes!
If it's possible to go a little over time on my end (meaning, there is no student directly after your scheduled lesson,) I will always try to do that!

If you know you have to cancel prior to the day-of your lesson, let me know. We can always find a time to make-up the lesson, because consistency is key.
For instance, if you need to cancel this week, let me know and we can:
Schedule a “Make-up” lesson a different day that week
Choose to do a “Double” lesson the following week (60 minute lesson)
Make-up lessons refer to a lesson rescheduled outside of your regular time-slot.
Doubles refers to scheduling two lessons back to back and meeting for 60-minutes
